Uber has pulled the plug on its Uber Rewards program, which is set to end on Nov. 1, 2022, according to the company. Users will continue to earn points through Aug. 31 and can redeem them until 11:59 pm local time on Oct. 31. Rewards redeemed by this time will be eligible until they expire, which “in most cases” is 28 days after they are chosen, according to Uber.
As a replacement, the company is encouraging customers to join Uber One, its membership program, which offers such benefits as no-fee delivery on Uber Eats and 5 percent off of eligible rides.
